By using Cook Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cook Club.
Cook Club is the app brand for this service and is developed byElliot Sharpe.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate account information and use Cook Club in a lawful way.
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Cook Club account. You must accept the current, versioned Terms before publishing recipes, activity, reviews, comments, or public profile content.
User Content
Cook Club lets users upload, save, create, review, comment on, and share content, including recipes, images, text, meal plans, shopping lists, and profile information. You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give Cook Club permission to host, process, display, copy, resize, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app.
You must own or have the necessary rights to anything you upload or share through Cook Club. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Content and Conduct Rules
You may not use Cook Club to create, upload, share, or promote:
- Illegal content or activity.
- Abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying, or exploitative behavior.
- Hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content.
- Sexually explicit content or content involving sexual exploitation.
- Violent, self-harm, dangerous, or unsafe instructions unrelated to normal cooking use.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, deception, or attempts to manipulate Cook Club systems.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
Moderation and Enforcement
Cook Club may review, restrict, remove, or hide content that violates these Terms or creates risk for users, the service, or third parties. Cook Club may suspend or terminate accounts, limit features, block uploads, or take other action where needed to enforce these Terms or respond to abuse, safety, legal, or security concerns.

The app also provides separate controls to report users or content and to block users. Blocking removes follows in both directions and hides the users and their content from one another. Unblocking does not restore previous follows. Reports may be retained with an evidence snapshot even if the reported content is later hidden or deleted.
Subscriptions
Some Cook Club features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple, Google, or another payment provider shown at purchase. Deleting your Cook Club account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google.
Cook Club Pro is offered as monthly and annual automatically renewing subscriptions. Launch plans do not include a free trial. The localized price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through the store where you subscribed, and restore an eligible purchase in the app.
Service Changes
Cook Club may add, change, limit, or remove features. We may also suspend or stop the service if needed for operational, legal, security, or business reasons.
Disclaimers
Cook Club is provided as a cooking and organization tool. Recipes, generated suggestions, nutritional estimates, timing, substitutions, and shopping information may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for food safety, allergies, dietary needs, cooking decisions, and checking ingredients before use.
